Very clean property throughout the entire building plus a lovely interior design. There was a well-working aircon, fridge (with 2 bottles of water per day for free), a kettle plus instant coffee & tea, hairdryer, hot shower, large and comfy bed. The wifi worked perfectly. A hidden gem in the old city. Our stay here was great. We wanted a base for a few nights while we explored Chiang Mai and this place was ideal. It is comfortable,but not fancy. There is a small but adequate pool. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are equipped with Smart TVs. There is also a free light breakfast, which they don't advertise - perfect for setting you up for a day's exploring...
